I want to thank Garron for his expertise and for sending to my house Rob the plumber and Garron Jr his helper they did an excellent job replumbing our home. They were professional, knowledgeable, on time, caring, very friendly and very helpful. They made it very easy and convenient for us since my husband is handicapped without having to shut the water off very long. They ran all the new plumbing and fixtures first and got everything ready to go and only had the water off for an hour and a half to do the final install. Very smart of them to do it that way. They really care about the customer's needs. I would highly recommend Smith Plumbing to anyone looking for a good honest caring company with excellent values to take excellent care of the customers. Our community pool had major plumbing leaks and issues, wasting a lot of water. The waters leak were not visible but our billed usage was extremely high. Smith's plumbing was amazing!! A fellow co-worker highly recommended them and we are thrilled to have this new vendor. They were extremely knowledgeable about pool plumbing, had impressive equipment to find the leaks and do the job right and I have never seen a crew work with such a hustle and bustle while working! They also found time to fix a toilet and help a resident that had a leak.

This review is long overdue. From beginning to end great service! Susan initially took my call, listened intently to my needs and immediately contacted a technician. Steve arrived within the time frame given, accessed my problems, and thoroughly explained what needed to be done and why. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also extremely efficient and had the repairs done in a timely manner. I'm one that is so about customer service, and can't say enough good things about Smith Plumbing! I would highly recommend them for your plumbing or air conditioning needs!!!!

We had a great experience with Smith Plumbing. Our garbage disposal went out on the weekend. We called Smith plumbing and they were prompt to come out and got the new disposal in. It works like a charm. They were courteous and helped us on the weekend.
